The Oregon State Archives has many records available for researchers. From this first page, on the right, click on "Genealolgy Records". At the Historical County Records Guide, choose "Inventory". This will show one a list of the counties. One may then pick a County, and a listing will show a list of catagories. One may then click on a catagory and see what records are at the Archives. One may also want to check out the "Scenic Images" to see beautiful Oregon. At the Historical Records Index, one may enter a surname and search for everything for that name, or one may choose a specific catagory and search.
